Landscape Design
EcoSystems designed and built a thriving corporate garden space where they taught employees about the microbial soil food web and how to grow herbs and vegetables. EcoSystems founder and CEO Jason Hamon taught about the relationship between a healthy corporate team and a healthy ecosystem. Jason directed teams of employees who collaboratively tended garden beds. They learned that a thriving garden culture is a collaborative culture and not a competitive culture. They learned that the health of each garden bed affects the health of the entire garden. They grew food for the corporate cafeteria and ended up harvesting enough food to supply 13% of the food for the campus, far surpassing the initial projection of 3%.
